HostLink.pk Refund Policy

Products and services purchased from HostLink.pk may be eligible for a refund if canceled within the specified refund periods outlined in this policy. Please note that some products have unique refund terms or may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Detailed refund terms for specific products are provided below.

Definition of “Date of Transaction”

The “Date of Transaction” refers to the date when the purchase is made or when the renewal of any product or service is processed by HostLink.pk in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement.

Refund Eligibility

You may cancel a product or service at any time. However, refunds will only be issued if the refund request is submitted to HostLink.pk’s customer service within the applicable refund period.

No Refund After Account Closure

Refund requests must be made before the account is closed. Once an account is closed, any remaining eligibility for a refund will be forfeited.

Country-Specific Refund Policies

1. Pakistani Customers:

   • Refunds for all products and services must be requested within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. EU & UK Customers:

   • Customers have a statutory right to cancel products or services within 14 days of the transaction date. However, HostLink.pk reserves the right to deduct reasonable charges for any services provided before cancellation.

Standard Refund Terms

• Annual Plans: Refundable within 30 days of the transaction date.
• Monthly Plans: Refundable within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Note:
Monthly plans include all subscriptions with durations shorter than 12 months (e.g., 6 months, 9 months).

Products with Special Refund Terms

1. Domain Name Registrations/Renewals

   • New Registrations: Refundable within 5 days (120 hours) of the transaction.
   • Auto-Renewals (1-year term): Refundable within 45 days.
   • Auto-Renewals (Multi-year): Refundable within 5 days.
   • Manual Renewals: Refundable within 5 days.

   Exceptions:

   • Certain country-specific domain extensions have different refund periods (e.g., .AU, .UK extensions are refundable within 3-5 days).

2. Hosting Services

   • Refundable within 30 days, provided no hosting service has been performed.

3. Expert Services

   • Refundable within 30 days if the service has not yet been performed.

4. Website Design Services

   • In Progress: Subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
   • Delivered for Review: Subject to a 70% cancellation fee.
   • Completed: Non-refundable after the first revision or 30 days from the transaction date.

5. SEO Services

   • Refundable within 48 hours for unused services.

6. Purchased Products with Free Domain

   • If a free domain is included with a purchased product, the domain’s list price will be deducted from the refund amount if the primary product is canceled.

7. Marketing Services

   • Refundable per the standard refund terms unless any requests have been completed during the billing period.

• Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted via email or through our customer service portal.
• Non-Refundable Products:
  • Domain backorders once applied to an auction.
  • Security products after a cleanup request.
  • Services that have already been performed.
